Sixteen years, two founders.
Started by Bill and Nick. Still run by them.
What we do
Plumbers, civil crews and building trades.
We work across affordable housing, government, commercial and residential — a 24-hour, seven-day service delivered by our own plumbers, civil maintenance crews and building trades.
Most of our work is for the organisations that own the network: water utilities, gas distributors, councils, state government and the housing providers who look after tens of thousands of homes. In 2026 we opened a second office, in Canberra.
We look after our people, our clients and the places we work in. That means safety systems certified to ISO 45001, environmental management to ISO 14001, and a crew culture built on looking out for each other.

A note from the directors.
What started as a small operation with a big dream has grown into something we’re incredibly proud of. A company built on trust, hard work, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way. From day one, our focus has been on delivering quality in every job we take on, whether it’s plumbing, civil works, or anything in between.
Over the past 16 years, we’ve taken on great challenges, built lasting partnerships, and worked alongside some amazing people. Through it all, we’ve stayed true to what matters most: reliability, integrity, and looking after our people and clients.
To our clients and partners, thank you for believing in us, backing us, and continuing to put your trust in WB Infrastructure.
And to our team, you are the heart of this business. Your loyalty, hard work, and willingness to go the extra mile are what keep us moving forward. We truly couldn’t do this without you.
Here’s to 16 years of building more than just infrastructure. We’ve built relationships, careers, and a business we’re proud to stand behind.
We’re excited for what’s next.

Diversity & inclusion
Room for everyone who can do the work.
Our Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan sets long-term targets for secure employment for people with disability, people from culturally diverse backgrounds, Indigenous Australians and others under-represented in the trades.
Alongside it, our Indigenous Employment Policy sets out our commitment to reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.
